Our process is straightforward, quick and painless.  Repeat Orders are even faster because we have your designs on file.

There are 3 simple steps…

1. Choose which of our New Zealand-made lollies would best delight your customers, 
2. Decide on the wrapper/print colour combination that aligns with your brand, and 
3. Design your own awesome brand-enhancer!  Don’t be too concerned about this step – you don’t need to be a graphic designer!  Simply give us your thoughts and some corporate artwork if you have it.  If you don’t have the imagery at hand, our designers are masters in their craft and can generally manipulate and enhance low-resolution images from your website if that’s what it takes.  We’ll take all the complexity out of the process and come up with the best overall designs for you to evaluate.     

The fourth step is ours.  Once you’ve approved a design we’ll execute it, and usually on the same day for orders of up to 20,000 units.  (Larger quantities are subject to confectionery stock levels at the time of your order. Lead times from our manufacturers are generally good, so there won’t be long delays).
Your custom wrapped confectionery is then packed into zip-locked, resealable bulk-stock bags and boxed for priority shipment.  We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround and aim to have completed orders in the hands of our couriers as soon as they’re complete.
